Our staff has many years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.

We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our Staff

Michael A. Michelli, Au.D. FAAA

Doctor of Audiology / Owner

Dr. Michael Michelli has been an Audiologist for more than 25 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Hearing and Speech Science from Ohio University – Athens, Ohio; a Master’s Degree in Audiology from Gallaudet University – Washington DC; and a Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Science – AT Still University.

Andrea Nolan, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Andrea M. Nolan has been a Hearing Instrument Specialist for more than 16 years. Her BAAS degree in communication is from the University of Delaware. Her professional memberships include the International Hearing Society and the Hearing Society of MD, DE, & DC where she serves as Secretary.

Thomas Fisher, BC-ACA

Board Certified Audioprosthologist

Tom Fisher is a Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 50 years of experience. He has worked and owned offices in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. He has been very active in promoting the profession of Hearing Instrument Specialists helping to enhance and improve licensure laws and professionalism in the field. Tom has trained countless other dispensers who have gone on to successfully run their own practices.

Alexis Bastien

Practice Manager

Alexis Bastien is our Practice Manager. She has been with Brandywine Hearing Center for over 15 years and handles our administrative tasks. She is also able to assist you at the counter with supplies you may need as well as help with things like changing the wax filter on your hearing aid.

Mary Howell

Dover Office Manager/Insurance Specialist

Mary Howell has lived in Delaware for over 40 years and is a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School. She worked in retail, holding various positions. She worked in customer service for over 38 years before joining Brandywine Hearing Center featuring Beltone. She has been with us for almost 3 years now and is our Dover Office Manager and Insurance Specialist.
