We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Brandywine Hearing Center, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff has many years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.

We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our Staff

Michael A. Michelli, Au.D. FAAA

Doctor of Audiology / Owner

Dr. Michael Michelli has been an Audiologist for 30 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Hearing and Speech Science from Ohio University – Athens, Ohio; a Master’s Degree in Audiology from Gallaudet University – Washington DC; and a Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Science – AT Still University.

Bethany Ward, BC-HIS

Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist

Bethany Ward has been proudly serving the hearing- impaired community since 2020 and started her career in Palm Beach County, Florida. She is a Delaware licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, which she achieved in 2022. Helping people hear better is her passion, and she believes everyone deserves to hear life the best they are able.

Eric Montague, HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Eric Montague is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Brandywine Hearing Center, where he has been serving patients since May 2023. Passionate about staying up to date on hearing aid technology, Eric continuously works to offer the best solutions for his patients.

Alexis Montague

Practice Manager

Alexis Montague is our Practice Manager. She has been with Brandywine Hearing Center for over 17 years and handles our administrative tasks. She is also able to assist you at the counter with supplies you may need as well as help with things like changing the wax filter on your hearing aid.

Mary Howell

Dover Office Manager/Insurance Specialist

Mary Howell has lived in Delaware for over 40 years and is a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School. She worked in retail, holding various positions. She worked in customer service for over 38 years before joining Brandywine Hearing Center featuring Beltone.

Virginia Todd

Wilmington Receptionist

Virginia Todd is the front desk receptionist at the Wilmington office. She handles various tasks including scheduling appointments and cleaning hearing aids at the front counter. Virginia is a native Delawarean and a graduate of the University of Delaware.

Pam Ritchie

Newark Receptionist

Pam Ritchie has lived in Delaware for over 50 years and is a graduate of William Penn High School. She worked as a Sales Control/Customer Service manager for over 30 years before joining Brandywine Hearing Center in our Newark office. She loves making everyone smile.
